James. Hope you answer this. I am starting an Amazon Wholesale FBA Business in the US while living in India. I am Super Confused if I should go for ALASKA or WYOMING? AK has to Sales Tax etc. WY do has Sales Tax - If I choose WY - Who does the Sales Tax Filing . IF you are saying WY is good - then why even bother for it because this state has Sales Tax while AK doesnt? Pls help!

Hi James. I got a little issue. I opened an LLC with an EIN number. Im a foreigner and my LLC is from NM. I want to use the LLC to sell on amazon, and I need a Non Taxable Transaction Certificate, NTTC Type 2 because otherwise if I purchase products from china, I get charged with a 10% tax in my purchase. I do not have a TAX Identification number, and they are asking me for an officer. I do not have that because I do not have a employees in the US. Any advice?

I would like to close my company in Italy, and since I live in the Philippines for more than 6 months a year, I would like to take tax residency in the Philippines, which has a territorial taxation system.
