They gave me a nice, metal 7.5fl oz version inscribed with my name for free at my university. Travel size with a classy-red shine. Had to wait in line for 40 minutes in the Texas heat, but it was worth it. I put it on refrigerator setting, a nice 35° F. Highly recommend. Anything above 57° F and the quality turns to straight to shit, leaving the impression that there's a hole burning in your throat. If you want to go for the 2Lt , you'll get a lot more for your buck than the 20oz, which costs around the same price but provides significantly less to work with. However, keep in mind that any plastic model will never provide the same essence of their glass or metal counterparts.

Holy shit, that is the meanest sound I've heard come out of a guitar in a long time. This video in a weird way sounds better than many of the albums in this genre. Awesome dude. I've just set up a rig that I'm currently using. Sunn Model T (1976) into an Orange PPC4x12HP (High Power cab). The amp is plugged into the Mono input so I'm getting the full 400 watt from the cab. And next to that I've got two 120 watt Orange CR120C 2x12 combos (analogue) running side-by-side. All ABY'd. My guitar is the Fender Telecaster '72 Deluxe which has been modified with 4x 500k Bourns pots and a solid/enclosed three way switch and a couple of [real] Wide-Range humbuckers. 62-13 Cobalt strings & on the floor I've got a tuner and a Matchless Hot Box III running into the two CR120Cs. Absolute killer rig!

i play a gretsch hollowbody + 100w peavey valveking /2x12/+sometimes with a 4x12 box. clean channel, that peavey has a switch that can turn it between a and a/b (low power), a/b sounds super cranked at like 3/10 power.. and bass muff pi with bass boost. super droney and sunn-y

I have a question for you. I have a green electric amp master volume 120. It sounds great but I wish I could get a little more fuzz out if it. It's super dry to me (with gibson v stock pickups) I want to try a pedal but nothing that's gonna change the green sound. I heard maybe try a tubescreamer bc I hear they are transparent??

How much was that Matamp? I'm trying to form a Doom metal band with some friends and I don't have a nice and disgustingly awesome amp. If it's pretty expensive, what would you suggest under like say $1000? I'm thinking of just getting a Way Huge Russian Pickle pedal and run it through the clean channel of my amp but I would rather go direct into a fuzzy amp and then have some pedals to tighten it up a tiny bit so i don't lose tone

Try a used Orange amp. You are best off to buy an amp that can do really dirty stuff, but then put it on the clean channel with the volume cranked so it breaks up just a tad. Then run a fuzz pedal or over drive (or both) through it.

Evan Elmore​ I would avoid the CR120. It fizzes when pushed to fuzzy, doom sounds and doesn't quite get that intense "driven wall of sound" due to it being solid state. Or15 could work if you think it will have enough volume. TH30 is also a solid bet. If you have the funds, then the orange rockerverb 50 (or even 100watt version) is FANTASTIC. I got a used mkIII 50 watt for 1200 dollars, and I was bummed about going over my budget until I played through it. Well worth the money, and you won't feel the need to upgrade for a long time. It's an investment that is well worth it. Would highly recommend.
