The temper tantrum Cell throws is because hes part Vegita. Its a call back to When Vegita had his “I wanna be a Super Sayain” Tantrum. It was shown when he saved Goku when Goku was having a heart attack.

Cell´s tantrum was a call back to Vegeta´s fake explanation how he became a Super Saiyan. Because he to threw a tantrum (while crying): i wanna be a super saiyan! I wanna, I wanna (while hitting his fist time and time again on the ground). That behavior of Cell also because of Vegeta´s DNA.

The design logic for the tail being scrounged up is because he doesn't really need it anymore, he got the androids, got incredible power; the need to absorb someone is long gone, he can still do it, but it's not instrumental to his survival anymore his biology is "perfectly efficient" so it doesn't send that much blood there until he needs it, basically his tail used to be in a constant boner

DBZA is hilarious and my favourite dub of the series. I highly recommend Hellsing Ultimate Abridged also by Team Four Star. It's only 10 episodes, but definitely worth a watch. It's way more violent too.

Just finished assembling my new pc, and what's the first thing I do? Watch a couple of goobers watch a couple episodes of DBZA. Love your content my dudes, and I would very much appreciate the 'stash song. Also, pretty sure I had the same reaction to the Super Saiyan song, it's too good. A bit of cool lore on Android 18's voice actress is that she was actually doing voice work professionally for a couple years before doing this project. Her name is Amber Lee Conner, and she's done quite a lot since then too.

Just a small correction from personal experience. Steroids will make your balls smaller as they atrophy due to not needing to produce testosterone. Dick size isn't really affected by steroids aside from increased blood flow which can make it seem bigger. #TheMoreYouKnow
