What I loved the most, and still love, in my relationship is the flow of our conversations. There's never a moment of awkwardness. It doesn't matter what we're talking about. We just talk. And I love that.

I'm not a morning person but the love of my life was, so he always woke up first made breakfast and got the paper and we would sit in a blissful silence reading our favorite sections of the paper and sharing anything interesting. What a lovely way to start the day!

Love the ending note that it’s hard to mess up the right thing. No need to overthink small interactions. Thanks Mat!

Love your videos - I just love that there is no question that he will be there for me, particularly recently when I’ve been ill, he automatically assumes that he’ll come with me to medical appointments, and of course, I’ve done the same for him in the past. He really is my rock, and I don’t know what I’d do without him. And although we have our own friends and do things separately, it’s great to do things together. He’s my best friend, and after 41 years together (38 married), I know I’ve been blessed. But I will start wearing his favourite fragrance more often though, (rather than just for date nights), to remind him of me! Thanks!❤

It’s great to have a signature scent. Although I wear a variety of scents, my husband (when he was alive) loved Shalimar (Guerlain) because my body amplified the vanilla note, which he loved. It was the one fragrance that he responded to, remembered, and enjoyed on me.

Not worth the increased cancer risk . Stay away from fragrances both for your sake and his .

One of our dynamics is that he loves to tease me repeatedly ( with loads of fun and leg pulling ) and I pretend to be annoyed by them... But in a fun way... He keeps repeating them..nd later he apologises sweetly for annoying me with loads of love...and both of us love it ❤

What if you are in a long distance relationship? How do you keep the desire and spark and “missing you” element alive when you actually see each other in person so infrequently?

I enjoy your videos. Very meaningful advice. What helps us bond, my chéri and I, is that we create a sense of surprise based on what we know the partner likes or needs. For instance, I told him that I love grilled whole fish, so he makes this dish. He needs shaving gel, so I buy his favorite brand and put it in a gift bag somewhere.

It truly is the little things in life that make the difference. Knowing that someone is thinking of you and wants to please you means so much!

It’s hard to encourage men with trust issues. I would encourage my ex to hang out with his guy friends and he’d either accuse me of only doing that so I could hang out with my girlfriends (who he didn’t like but didn’t have a reason not to) or he’d say I didn’t want him around and that’s why I offered for him to go hang out.

I love your videos, but why always dating or in relationship? I met someone in a difficult situation. Not going there but I'm not dating but meet often in a public place. Some people meet and aren't even dating yet being friends than what?

That might be the start of an emotional affair.

@hiannahgus574 that already happend. I wrote him a goodbye letter as lovers with all respect for his life in it. But also the feelings etc. We see eachother daily at skatepark. I asked for friendship. I actually knew when send the letter this flirting heavy connecting would stop. I didn't want him to go so far to cheat on his wife. I love him so much I was the wisest to quit. It can happen to the best people. Love unexpectedly. I wonder if we stay friends as I asked him to be. Or he discovers for real he ain't happy in his relationship. I wonder how many passionate women like me could be this strong to pull back before disaster happens? I'm not boasting it's more cliché people drag eachother in such situations. I couldn't do it. I've to much respect for somebody's life and don't want to be part of such actions. I love him to much to ruin it for him. Yesterday I saw him and we just connect subtitle. It's on him now what he truly wants but I can see his huge struggle. Thnx for your reaction
