I just wish him and Gene would have switched hosting duties for one week. That would have been icing on the cake. R.I.P. Bob Barker. Thanks for all the memories.

Here are the results from this week: Bob gave away the most money at a total of $11,000. Patty Duke gave away $10,500, Fannie gave away $10,000, Brett gave away $6,500, and Charles gave away $5,000. Brett won for the most matches, matching a total of 12 times. Charles and Patty matched 10 times, Richard and Bob matched 9 times, and Fannie matched 6 times.

maynardsmoreland yes he quit after episode 1285. Walked out of the studio. Never said goodbye or anything to anybody. So the next day, they had no choice but to grab Bob Barker since he was already in the area about to tape The Price Is Right!

Bob was a good substitute, but no one ever truly replaced Richard. They should have treated him right and given him the send-off he deserved. Maybe then he wouldn't have just walked out. They showed him no respect.
