Thank you so very much for feedback 🙏🏻 it really makes me happy to know that you found it valuable! I think 1-2 servings of matcha per day should be fine for most people. however, if you are someone who metabolizes caffeine very slowly (you can easily find out through dna test or just observing your sleep) i'd say make the cut off time 12pm. I know from my own experience, even if i have a cup of less caffeinated tea in the afternoon, my sleep is not as good. Hope you have a great day!

I bought a bamboo whisk to froth my matcha, but it didn't froth that well. Also the whisks started loosing their curl after only one use! Are there different qualities in the bamboo whisks and how can you tell the difference? Mine is a bit too large in comparison to other's I've seen, and I bought it from a specialised tea shop for a fair price (about 20 dollars)
@HolisticLongevity8 ай бұрын
Wow thats interesting.. it should work well, especially given the fact that you got it from specialty shop. I got mind from matchaful inline store, you are supposed to soak at it some warm water before you use it for the first time though.. so maybe thats it?

Hi Paul, thats a very good point - all matcha is good for you 🙌🏻 The freshness, proper storage, and processing is very important though. Why would you put medicinal match thru a metal strainer?
@HolisticLongevity Жыл бұрын
You don't have to do it, straining it is totally optional. That said, straining it takes away some of the natural clumps that can form, it creates a pillowy soft and frothy consistency. Most Japanese matcha producers i know of also recommend it. i think making it taste as great as possible is important for people who are struggling with coffee addiction and who are new to matcha.

Hi there! I think not whisking it might have something to do with it, you don't need to buy a special whisk but maybe you can try blending it? Quality was my first thought but seems like yours is good. I usually mix 1 tsp per cup, and i always top with warm milk alternative and add a bit of honey.
