Thank you for sharing this with me. Over-whipping can be remedied, just add a little whipping cream and fold gently with a spatula, and it will become smooth again. 😄

Thank you for this recipe! 💓 When I saw the video, immediately I knew I would be trying to make this cake cos it’s so beautiful and I love matcha ❤️ So I finally made one yesterday and the chiffon is so super fine, soft and delicious, even without the cream 😋😋😋 Thank you once again 💓💓 Incidentally, can I know which brand of matcha powder did you use? white is beat to firm, matcha cream a bit softer than that, do not worry about the timing, just look at the state of the cream, because our temperature, brand of cream, or egg beater power are different.
