Matcha Green Tea Shaved Ice Recipe
[ Make Basic Syrup ]
Prepare a pot and mix the following seasonings.
Stir well each time you add seasoning.
(1). 400cc Water
(2). 3g Powdered gelatin
Powdered gelatin should be softened with water beforehand.
(3).Turnt on the heat with medium heat.
(4). 80g Water candy
(5). 30g Tensai sugar
(6). 1g Brown sugar
(7). Turn off the heat after boiling.
(8). 165g Granulated sugar
(9). Let it cool for a while
[ Make Condensed Milk ]
Prepare a pot and mix the following seasonings.
Stir well each time you add seasoning.
(1). 200g Milk
(2). Turnt on the heat with high heat.
(3). 150g Granulated sugar
(4). 50g Water candy
(5). Turn off the heat after boiling.
(6). 4.5g Powdered gelatin 
Powdered gelatin should be softened by adding 60g of milk beforehand.
(7). 50g Skim milk
(8). 50cc Milk
(9). 100cc Fresh cream
(10). Strain with a strainer while cooling with ice.
[ Make Matcha Syrup ]
1. Warm the bowl with hot water.
Put the following in a bowl and stir.
2. 20g Matcha
3. 100cc 80° hot water
4. 200cc Basic syrup
5. Chill with ice water.
[ Complete by shaving the ice and applying these syrups . ]

抹茶かき氷の作り方
【基本シロップ作り】
鍋に下記の調味料を混ぜ、
調味料を加えるたびによくかき混ぜる。
(1). 400cc 水
(2). 3g 粉ゼラチン
※粉ゼラチンはあらかじめ水を入れてふやかしておきます。
(3).中火で鍋に火をつける
(4). 80g 水あめ
(5). 30g てんさい糖
(6). 1g 黒糖
(7). ひと煮立ちさせたら火を止める
(8). 165g グラニュー糖
(9). 鍋止めで冷ます
【 練乳作り】
鍋に下記の調味料を混ぜ、
調味料を加えるたびによくかき混ぜる。
(1). 200g 牛乳
(2). 鍋に強火で火をつける
(3). 150g グラニュー糖
(4). 50g 水あめ
(5). ひと煮立ちしたら火を止める
(6). 4.5g 粉ゼラチン 
※粉ゼラチンはあらかじめ牛乳60gを入れてふやかしておきます。
(7). 50g スキムミルク
(8). 50cc 牛乳
(9). 100cc 生クリーム
(10). 氷で冷やしながらこし器でこす
【抹茶シロップ作り】
1. 器をお湯で温め下記を器に入れかき混ぜていく
2. 20g 抹茶
3. 100cc 80°のお湯
4. 200cc 基本シロップ
5. 氷水で冷やす
【氷をけずりこれらのシロップをかけて完成】

美味しそうです! このシロップと練乳は、何日ほど保ちますか?

いつもご視聴ありがとうございます。 シロップは冷蔵で約5日ぐらい、練乳は冷蔵で15日程度もちます。
