Ador aceste minunate si delicate fursecuri,MACARONS. Au un gust deosebit,si le poti umple cu nenumarate creme pe baza de unt sau ciocolata.. Imi place sa experimentez cat mai multe retete ,cu metode diferite. In acest video vreau sa va arat asa cum le fac eu pas cu pas, fara sa omit nimic asa d-voastra puteti incerca reteta si care cu siguranta vor iesi la fel. Nu mai trebuie sa ai frica atunci cand faci macarons. Incearca retetele mele si cu siguranta o sa te indragostesti. Daca aveti intrebari,sau ceva nu intelegeti imi puteti scrie in comentarii iar eu am sa va raspund cu mare drag. Nu uitati sa dati LIKE ,sa va ABONATI si sa apasati CLOPOTELUL pentru a primi notificari de fiecare data cand public cate o reteta noua! Thank you for your recipe. Do you take macarons out of the oven after drying, to warm the oven up? Do you turn off oven while drying? Or turn the temperature off and just leave the fan?

Hi! Do u wait till the mixture cool down and then u whip?

I don't wait for it to cool down, I just whip immediately after the mixture gets to 50˚C.
