It goes without saying that our sense of smell is immeasurably powerful, and the human mind is a marvel of endless wonders. Put these together, and we've got a LOT to talk about.
But we'll keep it brief for this video. I wanted to highlight how one could choose their fragrance based on the way they perceive the world and how they live their life.

It's interesting because Roja Dove talks about how the traditional style of fragrances corresponds to different personality types, but perhaps slightly more narrowly. Like Chypre fragrances are more black and white type of people. Fougere fragrances are more for people who want to grab attention. And oriental fragrances are for the seducers among us.

I have a lot of fragrance that appeals to me personally and I think wearing something classic and elegant with jeans and a tee shirt is a perfect choice. I actually pick what I feel like and what the weather is like as my most important factors for my scent of the day. I am also pretty intellectual in my choices. I experiment with houses, ideas, and experiences. I agree with your parameters but I don’t use anything like that to determine what I am going to wear. I’d wear anything that you have chosen. I might wear a louder fragrance if I needed a confidence boost or if I was perfectly confident.

Bro as a young actor, during rehearsals I hear people complimenting me from a distance or upfront. Sometimes they don’t know who it is but wonder what smells nice. Wearing fragrance to rehearsals allow me to test which fragrances are truly the best since I am mostly surrounded with young men and women’s and also middle aged men and women. I just love my fragrances and most of them and either from hype, popularity, or self choice. Either way I love them all and I’ll say my collection is amazing because of how much I feel like the scent can match my outfit and make me feel better about my fit and my self. Each fragrance in my collection can do just that.

Pretty interesting idea, though I'm not entirely sure it 'works.' For example, maybe a polarizing fragrance like Gucci Guilty Absolute is actually perfect for an outgoing, charismatic guy, because he's likeable enough to pull off almost anything. I do think some fragrances are a more natural fit for certain personalities, but that might be beyond the scope of generalizations, as you mentioned. In any case, I'm glad you explored this concept in a video!

Man, Gucci Guilty Absolute! It's a love for it. Got it last night and I'm already out on a limb to say it's my favourite in my small collection of about 100. It got me thinking that the other fragrances I got before are crap. The day before I received Emporio Armani Stronger With You Absolutely and that was good but this makes that and everything else seem normal and unimpressive. Part of the love is because it reminds me of my father when we'd get off work or when I'd go to his workplace. He worked refueling aircrafts and this took me back right there at almost 1 to 1. It smells like gasoline along with the newspapers that would be at his office! That's for recommending this bro. Bless

Outgoing: I'd genuinely pick Interlude given the definition, but I think Layton Exclusif and Oud for Greatness could be more viable here. For women I was thinking Isabella from Royal Crown. I think the #1 thing that is both pleasant and attention-seeking in women's fragrances is tuberose. It's very easy to like and doesn't really overdo it. Cheaper alternative BDK 'Tubereuse Imperiale'. My picks VERY different to yours on this category. I don't think Beach Hut or Sicily fit an outgoing person because they aren't scents that scream for attention. I don't really like Sicily either. Reserved: "A lot more than meets the eye" is actually a good description for Atelier's 'Vanille Insensee'. A scent that opens with citrus and vanilla, but dries down into a smoky-woody vanilla. Fairly underrated scent since it smells a lot like 'Eau Duelle' from Diptyque. Something different going on is a really good description for Xerjoff's 'Opera', another yellow floral, this time driven by ylang-ylang. Just like the Atelier suggestion, this has that sweetness at the base and middle from nutmeg, musk, and vanilla which give a different vibe from up close. I liked the B612 pick here. Reclusive: "Often misunderstood, yet brilliant when known". Hmm. I guess if we are talking about "unmistakable and unforgettable" then the two that come to mind are Mancera's 'Aoud Lemon Mint' and Parfums de Marly 'Carlisle'. I don't think these fit the idea of a reclusive person though - I was thinking something that is more quiet and more for the person themselves. Good example is Initio's 'Oud for Happiness' that just came out - gorgeous scent, arguably the top scent for me in terms of skin scent, barely moderate sillage and limited longevity, people won't notice it that much. A good rose fragrance that can be off-putting to some is Maison Crivelli's 'Hibiscus Mahajad'. Green earthy rose. Huge sillage, huge longevity, but definitely not for the faint of heart. For an actual reclusive scent that is quiet, but enjoyable - I'd offer up Atelier's 'Cedre Atlas' which is a fresh apricot scent.

when i go clubbing i get with girls 10 years younger and 10 years older so i need something universal but i also have to enjoy it, ive tried alot of popular fragrances and think they are either too caramely or 2 officey and i prefer fruity fresh or minty barber shop but when i try mix them together it smells like the laundry/toilet/kitchen cleaning section isle at the supermarket lol
