Yes!!!! Finally someone else who knows how amazing that game was. The story was fun, sure, but it was the actual tennis mechanics and physics which made the game an instant tennis classic. Tbh it's my 2nd favorite tennis game ever, only behind the GOAT that is Final Match Tennis on PCE. Which does everything Get A Grip does, only slightly better. The big selling point for me with FMT is the AI difficulty. Cuz unfortunately GAG didn't have any online support, and the AI wasn't very hard. FMT on the other hand, on the hardest difficulty, is harder than most humans lol

Played the demo a lot on pro mode & going in to the career mode, playing tennis was fun. Gameplay is a 7 imo but the overall game lacks a lot of other things like graphics (also floating players), bland audio (flat commentary, surprisingly different empires). It's no Top Spin but the game is enjoyable imo. Maybe it's about budget (lack of of the biggest players) because gameplay wise the has/had potential. Playing on Game Pass & will play it regularly for a while.

When the Top Spin series comes back man, as far as I'm concerned the best tennis game is Top Spin 4 is gold since that just hasn't come out better. Still hopefully one day this series will be reborn from the ashes and Top Spin 5 will come out, eh how long it's been since 2011 when Top Spin 4 came out.
