OLB expands with the push, backside ILB can’t really climb with opposite 2 vertical / corner. Even though the opposite OLB is on spit flow, he’s able to deliver the drag to the only remaining ILB yes?

Yes, he can deliver that back to the ILB & then zone to the middle hook.

Hey Coach. Do these rules apply to 2read coverage? Especially at about 4:00 the will should not follow the #2receiver. I thought his rule is to stay in the cf zone. 2 doesn't cross my face and 3 doesn't outleverage me.

Will needs to deliver #2 in 2 read. There's no point is having him zone out and having a 3 on 1 against the #1 receiver.
