This is what i like about your videos as there in depth and explain stuff in detail Best video ive seen for this FC setup

Thanks, I'm glad you let me know that. Some people thought it was too long so I made a fast version that has the same content but in hyper speed. It's funny how intelligence can be partly based on speed even though a slow brain can have all the same functionality or even more sometimes.

I just saw your comment. Did you ever get the Matek F-411 Wing board working and flying?
@christopherstarzyk92094 жыл бұрын
@@DaveMerc I did yes. I put it in a C1 Chaser. That was my first flight controller and since then I programmed and soldered together a couple WSE versions.

@@christopherstarzyk9209 That's great. Glad you got it going. I put one in a flite test founders plane then moved on to the BrainFPV Radix in an Aeroscout. So many FC's to try now but the Radix is made in the US which nice.

Nice job Dave. I just spent the last several days on my AR Wing 900mm. I have the Matek F411 board. I was going to use an older FlySky receiver I had from an old quad build but decided to go the SBUS route. I had some initial problems with the telemetry cutting out on my video feed. I have GPS and am running a VTX up to 800 mw with a run cam. My Git Up Git 2 GoPro type camera will take the HD video. Of course, fly these birds on manual first and slowly bring in the RTH and other stuff..

Hi dave. I have a problem with this board. Actually with bad soldering i removed the contact point of the Cam pin. Is there a way to solder cam wire to somewhere else on the board to get the osd display? Thanks in advance.

Good job young man. I'm curious about the monitor you have set up for your OSD? That would make it very nice for setting up your OSD rather than using that 7" monitor we use in the field. You got me thinking again. Thanks! Wander What I would need?

How about this from Wal-Mart kzbin.info/www/bejne/aJnCgWSAgbuteNk It will run off 12volts DC. The one you saw in this video requires AC only and is actually a TV that just has a composite input.

I have a nitro powered plane, and I am getting back into flying (1997 was the last time I flew a we didn’t have any of this technology) If I use this flight controller with gps and l enable return to home; How does one connect the throttle Servo to maintain a Constant air speed while holding in the return to home flight pattern on a nitro engine?? Basically what I wanna know is; will it give me an auto throttle feature for a standard Servo and maintains programmed alt and speed and heading Thanks
