In start take first two fraction and find the larger one then take the fraction which you found and find the larger one between the fraction you found just know and last fraction and you found the larger fraction Example:- => 3/5 , 7/6 , 2/9 (Take the fraction 3/5 & 7/6 and find the larger fraction between them) => 3/5 , 7/6 (Multiple 3 by 6 & 7 by 5 to find the power respectively) => 3x6 = 18 , 7x5 = 35 (Now you got 3^18/5 , 7^35/6) (Larger between them is 7/6) (Now find the larger between 7/6 & 2/9) => 7/6 , 2/9 => 7^63/6 , 2^12/9 7/6 is larger of them (This is according to me)

That's incorrect. 6/15 > 4/11. 6/15 = 0.4 4/11 = 0.363636.. Another way to do this is: (6×11)/(15×11) , (4×15)/(11×15) = 66/165 , 60/165 66 > 60, therefore 6/15 > 4/11.

@@jenniferlynn329 sorry, I kinda suck at expressing stuff 2 years ago when I wrote this comment. In the method I was using, I divided the number in the opposite order (reciprocal), 15/6 = 2.5, 11/4 = 2.75, therefore 6/15 is the correct answer (15/64/11)

@@thefoolishflash I know there needs to be a common denominator (not necessarily the least), so easiest for me b is 15*11. I don't actually have to do the math on that. I just take 6 * oppositeDenomB (11) versus 4 * oppositeDenomA (15). Those two happen to be really easy. 66 vs 60 [over the same common denominator 15*11; again, I don't need to do the math here]. So 66 is larger than 60, so the left one (6/15th) is larger than the other. I didn't even have to do any division nor decimals. *wink*

I recommend converting the fractions into decimals/whole numbers and figuring everything out from there. Just devide the numerator by the denominator and it’ll make everything less complicated and time consuming. Just make sure you know your decimal places.

Or you can just common sense and look that 6 is closer to 15 than 4 is to 11, therefore 6/15 is closer to 1/2 than 4/11 which is closer to 1/3, half of one is larger than 1/3 of one.
