Jesus Jack this video editing and entertainment value along with the information is unbelievable. I would assume that you found a video editor to help. If not your youtube skills are getting sharper. Either way great great video.

Hey Jack, how would you calculate the hold on a regular two way market? For example if you wanted to bet a money line that is offered at -200/+170, what would the process be?
@CaptainJackAndrews3 жыл бұрын
Same process still works. Add together the implied probability: -200 = 66.67% +170 = 37.04% = 103.71% Then take 1 - (1/1.0371) = 3.58%

When would I need to use this formula? Which of the math hacks formula is needed for calculating best line or pick?

Hi, dumb gambler here, i understand the importance of understanding the vig or cost of betting, does the math get thrown out if the betting stays arbitrage? where we can hedge the amount up to every team based on current odds, or will Vig amount eat up intended profits if not +3000 or more, my other question is if you intend the final outcome to be -100 and +100 will the additional odds like a +1900 be worth it if you take 10% of the pool roughly 3-4 teams? know the videos old any response would help!
