Here’s a tip for when filling up at Pemex, just in case you didnt know it. You need to make sure they zero out the pump before each time you fill up. Some of the workers are “industrious” and the pump starts off with money being owed already and that gets added onto your bill. Of course it goes in their pocket. Another thing, you need to count your change when you pay cash so they dont tip themselves. If you pay by card, you really need to go online right away and check to make sure they only ran your card once!

It’s available in some auto zones but only sold in 1 gallon jugs and expensive, not everywhere has it so definitely want to bring extra
