@@razerow3391honestly I wanted him gone in the summer cause I thought he’d never be at the level need for our midfield. So far this season he’s been showing why we shouldn’t give up on him yet whenever he’s given the chance to play He could be another example of the many players that have a pedestrian first season under pep, and then come alive in the 2nd season. I’d like to see pep give him a start or some real minutes in a bigger game to see if nunes is actually improving or if it’s only good performances against poor teams. He could end up never working out with us but as someone who was not keen on nunes since we signed him, he’s showing some real promise this season

Pep is an amazing manager but he is genuinely wasting Haaland, at durtmund haaland would make those fantastic long runs form the halfway line using his strength, speed, dribbling and perfect sence of timing and space to charge the ball into the net while at city they seem to pass the ball to each other into oblivion, even in his first season the stats were that over 65% of his runs were missed by his teammates

I have said exactly the same from after Haaland’s first season. They used him well the first season (mainly because of KDB), but after that, they have wasted him in somany matches. Imagine how many goals he would have scored if they actually used his strength…

@@riseofbankxenterprise5737 Thats just a lame excuse and exactly the point and the reason for City to play quicker counter attacks from time to time, in those games when its hard to break through…just like they did on the 4th goal today. When they slow down every attack with their sideways passses for 5 min, the opposition have time to re-organize their defence. Thats the only reason they can play with 10 players in defence. City let them do that because theydont take advantage of an unorganized defence with a quick forward pass (instead of the sideways passes).
