Well it a good lesson learn. It is good that I never drink alcohol but I am addicted to food which is bad

I hear you, I had the same problem years ago but the trick is to be well aware of which sort of emotions and environments trigger those behaviors and replace them with healthier options. You can eat as much food as you want, just make sure everything you put in your body is healthy (Foods with lots of fiber will always fill you up easily). For example, whenever you get a craving for sugar, have fruit instead of sweets.
