The potential of your channel is clearly there, you've got a pretty good formula already so a decent push on making regular uploads (1-2 a week is about the ideal) and you'll make it work. If you spend the next week or two filming and editing, and can make half a dozen or so decent videos then roll the videos out at a comfortable rate (something sustainable) you should be able to tickle the algorithm in the way it likes. It doesn't hurt to have a few in the pipe in any case. Here's an idea for Patreon/Donators perk, what about a summer bash somewhere? it'd be good for a laugh anyway and if it encourages a few people to put their hand in their pocket then all the better! Maybe offering patrons the chance to come play with you guys at one of the shows would be fun.

Can't wait for the Armored PUB CRAWL video! A little tip on the Internet presence: Tie all your social media together in your Brand. So, what ever is your official business name, get all social media under that ONE name. Here's an idea, reach out to other Armored enthusiast on YT and invite them down to the facilities to tour and film. You have a great collection of UK armor. Your plans sound solid, it's just a matter of being consistent and persistent. Keep up the good work!

Great emerging Channel on YT for mechanics and military vehicle enthusiasts. Video formats are great and Joe is a Star⭐, don't know how he puts up with you....is there anything he can't fix, service and make run? He appears to have a natural gift in this regard. Look after him, don't loose him.... Best of on-going look with you Channel, but more importantly, keep these great vehicles going.

I think the most interesting aspect of this channel is being able to watch and follow compete restorations from basket case to finished product. You would be supprised at the type of things folks find interesting. Like this upload, 'we changed a valve' or 'working on a fuel tank'. Show that stuff, it really is interesting to a lot of people. Who does what? Who's the engine guy? Who does the paint? What's the cost of things? Where do you source an engine from? Lots and lots of questions need answering. Good luck.

Barv looks spectacular! Started watching when you were part way through. I'd say the main appeal of the videos is your fun commentary and interesting vehicles. 2 things which you seem to have quite a large supply of. If it was only a once in a while thing I'd personally be fine. KZbin monetization has always been hard to live off. Most succeed best on a patreon or equivalent service. Some do high tiers with personalized rewards while others do the low and accessible buy in price with low cap. It depends on how much effort you can put in. Just try to keep a manageable work load as you can't give 110% every month just to make ends meat. Burnout is too common and if your not having fun with it the quality might suffer. I will wait and see what is coming up.

If you can release your videos consistently, once a week on the same day, you'll find you gain and keep more subs. My suggestion would be to make a load of videos while you're off and release them weekly. Maybe try and follow projects from start to finish too. With patrion, usually its early release videos and pictures, talk about your plans, set up meet and greets at events you're going to, things along that line.

The 105mm AVRE is from a short period in the 1980’s when it was decided that armoured engineer troops needed their own close protection parties. The idea died out when the tankies/cav changed to Challenger and the Sapper Cent-based kit couldn’t keep up.
