I love that Sallie Mae is trans in a way where they show it, they don't talk about it, she simply IS. Imps are a sexually dimorphic species, their horns and hair color indicate their AGAB, you can see she has "male" horns and she dyes her hair black like females but no one seems to care that she is trans. To answer your questions about sinners: ALL demon-born kind won't respawn in hell if they die, including that shark-looking demon in Hell's bells (who was most likely not a sinner and instead from the envy or greed ring). So yeah if Blitz dies in the human world, he'd die forever, which means they are taking a lot of risks on their missions

Wrath is a different ring, not a different circle, the 7 rings are Pride, Wrath, Gluttony, Greed, Lust, Envy, and Sloth. There are 9 circles in the Pride Ring (number implied by Dante's Inferno), Pentagram City (Hazbin Hotel setting) is in the 1st Circle, and Imp City (IMP Office location) is in the 2nd circle. Sallie May still lives on the family farm. As someone who grew up on a farm, specifically one that draws its water from a well, When I was growing up we showered, on average, once a week. In spring we could shower more often but come winter we could not shower at home, we would have to go into town and either pay to shower at the laundrymat or ask friends if we could shower at their house.

Sinners don't die normally but the Hellborn like Imps, Hellhounds and the various demons found on the other rings of Hell can all die normally. Only royal demons are powerful enough to be immortal and require special methods to kill.

The hell born demons like imps, hellhound, sharks, and stuff like them are not immortal and can die to pretty much anything in hell or on earth. The goetia like Stella, Stolas, Octavia, and Andrealphus are only killable if you have angelic weapons like the glowing guns and knives Striker has. sinners can come back seemingly infinitely as long as they aren't killed by angelic weapons, but the experience is incredibly painful. We don't know if the angelic weapons are enough to kill one of the seven deadly sins or if they need to be killed by a seraph. Lucifer (and probably Charlie) can't be killed by regular exterminator angels, and only someone on his level like Sera and Emily or one of the elders of heaven can kill him
