Then I KZbind Rigamortis, and was like "oh okay... I see now". I wasn't even listening to Hip Hop at the time, so that was the first Kendrick song I had ever heard. great interview, i always wonder why when it come to kendrick and drake like both sides are just super lowkey and sneaky with the issues that had with each other , neither side will every publicly say anything but you can tell at some point it was friction maybe not beef and just competition but just wish we could get a clear answer on both sides like what happened and if there not going to engage in an mc battle can they collab on music together cause the song that they did do is a classic.
@therealgunner54882 жыл бұрын
I still think there is some sort of issue. When you have Dave free (Kendrick manager) calling Drake a “petty ass nigga” those are probably sentiments that he has inherited from Kendrick himself. My ultimatum is these guys eventually make it public that they are at peace or they go at each other.
@youngfase52 жыл бұрын
@@therealgunner5488 but we know already for a fact Drake is petty, Kendrick is more sneakier with his pettiness. Drake tries not to wear it on his sleeve but we can just see it being that we know Drake likes being seen and being vocal, he likes to taunt others when the ball is in his court. So when he tries to avoid talking about something it's more obvious, whereas Kendrick generally stays off the radar. You won't see him unless it's some meaningful moment connecting with fans or the community so it never looks like he is avoiding media for any specific reason other than that he isn't into the limelight.
@therealgunner54882 жыл бұрын
@@youngfase5 I don’t think Drake is as petty as he makes it out to be. I just feel like he’s been a constant target within the industry and at certain points he’s had to lay down the gauntlet to let people know he’s not a punk.
