these types take no accountability when antagonizing people. control yourself around these people, they love to trigger and push buttons for reactions and hide their hands

When people neglect the needs of the children by alienating the other parent and putting their social life above their child low self esteem develops in the child

The ruling in the first case was nonsense. Judge Mathis was reaching and should pay more attention instead of jumping to conclusions. The cousin never spoke about the mom's adult activities, she talked about when the mom was her daughter's age and going through the same thing. If there was no family relationship, I would agree as it'd be very unprofessional but it's an aunt advising her niece, I would do the same. Nothing is more relatable than your parents' stories. Where did she create a hostile environment? If anything the mom did by going there and blowing up at the office. She could have talked with her cousin, establish boundaries and kept her daughter in dance class. The whole thing was an easy excuse for her because she was struggling financially. She should have eaten the loss, she chose to take her daughter out. Same for the cousin, she offered the discount with no expectation of future compensation or reimbursement. It's a good thing those are actors.
