This is what my school teacher denied me at advanced school level.Anyhow ,i managed to pass and join university .I blame most school teachers for being mean and not teaching relevant maths topics that would further their understanding and scientific applications as they join University.

I need to know.... if you have a list of 40 people.... and 6 are chosen at random..... the likelihood of 3 specific individuals being in the said group of 6. I can't find this solution anywhere

How do we prove that the number of combinations is always a positive integer? How do we prove that the number of combinations is not an increasing function of the number r elements selected from a total of n elements?

In the video about permutations, I don't understand how the 6 pictures hanging on the wall are permutations, because the order didn't matter. I thought that would be a combination. Help me someone 😃
