jab aapko Plot allot ho jayega tab aapko plot cost ka 80% loan ho jayega ( Plot Loan ) subject to your eligibility ( income )

66% रिजर्वेशन है sc obc और goverment servant 😂😂😂....मतलब 230 टोटल प्लॉट में 150 प्लॉट रिजर्व है बस 70 के आस पास ही है जनरल वाले......एक साल में टाइम दिया है ड्रॉ में फिर ड्राई के 3 महीने बाद ना निकलने पर पैसा वापस....😂😂😂😂......यह सब फॉर्म में लिखा है सही से पड़ना.... MVDA वालों शर्म आती है थोड़ी बहुत

MVDA ने date of draw बताया नही ......76 % रिज़र्वेशन प्लाट में.....60 प्लाट है जनरल applicant का कोई फायदा नही.......इतने में तो ग्रेटर नोएडा में ही मिल जाएगा ......ये प्लाट स्कीम सिटी से काफी दूर है

Sir Is there any preference for the Applicant opting for Lumpsum payment like other authorities are having. Is there any reservations for handicapped person resident of state other than Uttar Pradesh. I mean if I am resident of Haryana and having a handicapped certificate issued by Government hospital of Haryana shall I be availing reservations for handicapped I am also senior citizen not resident of Uttar Pradesh shall I be eligible for reservations for Senior citizens I am senior citizen as well as handicapped, can I avail both the reservations at the same time Thanks again Radhe Radhe

Authority is in full mood of just making money. 2000 plus Gst for a form for a plot whose rate is higher than market and having zero development. 4000 main Kisaan se jameen lo and 25000 main beecho and form ka paisa alag. Iss desh ka kuch nahi hoga. Aameer aur ameer banega aur kuch nahi. Yeida main 2.5 times ka appreciation h still form 600 ka h. 😂😂 Isme toh appreciation hi nahi h toh authority soch rahi h Kam form aayenge toh kam se kam paisa toh pura aaye.

पहले तो यह देखो हर authority एक महीने के अंदर ड्रॉ कर देती है ,,,यह MVDA नहीं करेगी फिर देखो फोन सबका बंद हो जाएगा पैसे देने के बाद, सब गायब ढूंढ लो अब ,घटिया एडमिनिस्ट्रेश है इनका सबके पैसा फसाकर इंटरेस्ट कमा रहे होंगे अब😂😂😂😂
