Elementary Derivative Rules Graphically | Synthwave and Math

In this installment of synthwave and math, we sketch the derivative curves of elementary functions by measuring the slope of the tangent line at each point along the respective curves. Along with the product and chain rules, these rules will give you the derivative of almost any elementary function. If you want proof that these are the correct derivatives, you should consult any standard calculus text.

I recommend Jim Vollinger youtube channel! He doesn't do rigorous proof stuff. His videos are poorly produced (class room stage, horrible!) But I find his tips and trick VERY useful for practical application of math, such as mental calculation of polynomial functions.
