by the end, whatever he is all questioning is about poor funding of the entire teaching as well underfunded education system! cant somebody realise that the teaching in poor resource limited set up is not like walking in lavishly into a school in a prado escorted by cameramen to frogmatch a teacher. the whole system is lacking just simply from the top is lacking intellect
