So you probably realised this during editing but yeah 2:48:57 very literally means that all these children were hanged and sacrificed for Odin. So not only The Raven Keeper forced these children's souls into working for Odin but their parents also just killed them for Odin in a very painful way

This one was a BEAST!!!😂 And I enjoyed every minute of it. The Berserker King? Gna? Exploring and damn near 100% the whole game. Couldn't ask for nothing better. I'm really glad you got to explore more in this game. I feel like some creators rush to get through the playthrough sometimes instead of actually taking their time to enjoy it. And you enjoyed it which was nice to see as a viewer. Its such a different vibe exploring in these games vs just doing the story, and both are top tier experiences. You can't really say you experienced all of what this game has to offer if you only just do the story. Its so much you can miss out on, so I try and get new players to explore more. Take their time with it. Enjoy the full experience. Not every game will have side content just as good as the main content. And as you saw in the playthrough, The Crater is one of, if not my favorite, map to explore in this game. And it was some REALLY fun maps in this game! It was so much you could do there, it was unbelievable. And I'm still surprised it was optional. I THOROUGHLY enjoyed that map, along with everything else in the game, and I'm glad you enjoyed it too. Honestly, they don't make many games like this with this level of attention to detail, story, exploration, and epic battles. Not every game feels like it was ALL of your money's worth, and this was one of the rare few imo that was worth every penny of it if not more. I can't wait for you to start the DLC! Its gonna be EPIC! 4:24 Thats one of the Dwarves Odin disguised himself as. Earlier in the game you can spot him. Its when you're first entering Nidavalir on the boat and all the Dwarves are running away and blasting the alarms. As you row your boat under a bridge, there's a Dwarf standing there on top and he spits at you in the boat.

A fun fact: After rescuing Tyr the characters talk about how Odin use those people to transform in them whenever he pleased. Remember that dead dwarf you found in a cell? 4:24 . Well, it was reveal by the director of Ragnarok that same dwarf can be seeing in the game during the moment Kratos and Atreus arrive to Nidavellir. He is the dwarf that spits on the main characters but actually that dwarf is Odin in disguise stalking them. You can notice by the way he walks in one moment ans starts doing it differently in the other. It's a cool detail for the game.

What I like about the Crater section is how tied it is to the story, Birgir is the one who gives Kratos the firework that he uses in Ragnarok, and those dragons you face you see for the first time when you arrive in Asgard as Atreus.

Man love your videos, always fun and entertaining 🔥 (stuff you need to finish): You need to finish some stuff in Midgard with little funny twist, you gonna see Atreus’s friend from Asgard, you will see Thor’s daughter in alfheim (I think it was there) another twist there, you missed the last part of Faye story if I am right there is a last dialogue which really cool, and lastly check the part you fought the witch in nefilheim in practice area and you will find the best part of the game 🔥🔥🔥 I think that’s all the important stuff before Valhalla (I know you going to love that DLC)

Gna is probably the coolest boss in all of god of war history, at least as far as being a challenge cause they test every skill you developed throughout the entire games.

Just want to say I have loved watching this series. For the longest time I was dodging spoilers trying not to spoil the game until I was able to play it myself. Unfortunately life has been too busy to even buy the game thus far, and I was unfortunately spoiled on this game's most massive twist. So decided that Rather than wait until I could get the game myself, I would watch you play through it. I have to say that knowing that massive twist that was coming made me notice some of the nuances and hints in Tyr's behavior, and also made me appreciate every single scene that Brok was in so much more. Watching him bless the spear was my absolute favorite scene of the entire game. Thank you for this amazing journey, and I look forward to watching your next adventure through Ghost of Tsushima. I'm sure you'll also be doing the DLC for that game, and dear God the final boss for that is a truly bone wrenching challenge to get through! I also hope that eventually you will also play through Subnautica, because although much of the early game is calm and peaceful, there are some truly soul rending terrors to be found in the deep. And feel bad about not getting videos out by a specific time. We all know good things are worth waiting for!

Mati returns! With a movie and a half no less. Since you're getting close to finished with the god of war series, I recommend the DOOM series to be on your radar. It might be a nice change of pace and DOOM dark ages is coming out next year. The modern games are just absolutely amazing and DOOM eternal especially is one of the few games I'd call a masterpeice. Meanwhile classic doom might not be amazing for views (though you never know) but it would be neat to see you play such a different era of gaming and honestly, once you get used to them, the classic games in the series hold up well for being around 3 decades old.

Mati, A few games for your consideration: 1. Lords of the Fallen: Really feels like a true modern day sequel to Dark Souls 1. The world design is incredible; twisting and turning on itself, then you add in the Umbral Realm layered on top of the main realm and it introduces some really cool exploration and puzzles to solve and is just so cool being able to peek into another realm entirely. The lore and ambience are equally exceptional, and the game looks fantastic. Now the combat... this might be a hot take but I LOVE the combat in this game. It definitely feels way slower than Elden Ring or GoW:R and even feels a bit janky at first but after 15 mins or so you really get in the rhythm. It feels weighty and impactful and there are a lot of moves each weapon can do - even some secrets! Bosses are super sinister looking, and while not the hardest game ever they are all quite memorable. I really recommend this game if you're looking for a more traditional soulslike that you can get immersed in the world and the lore. 2. Remnant 2: I would really be interested to see you take on a shooter and I feel like you would love Remnant 2 (and the first game, for that matter!). The gameplay is truly exceptional, there's so many guns, mods, skills and classes to collect as well as armor and trinkets that you have endless build possibilities. The bosses are BONKERS. In both presentation and gameplay. They are so fun and inventive, the designers really put their all into each boss and you'll constantly be wowed at how they thought up these mechanics or this design. I would recommend this game if you're looking for a fresh twist on the soulslike genre. 3. Another Crabs Treasure: Okay, I 100% thought this would be a meme game before it came out. I was so wrong. It has a surprisingly deep and resonant story, while still being super lighthearted and funny. The characters are so memorable and loveable (I would die for Kril) and the gameplay is really exceptional as well. Not only does it feel really polished, but the developers went out of their way to include a bunch of new mechanics and did a great job theming them around what it would be like to be an anthropomorphic crab. The bosses are also a highlight, some of them being extremely challenging. I would recommend this game if you're looking for something relatively light and fresh but still within that hardcore soulslike genre. A palette cleanser, if you will. I hope you consider some of these games for the next few series', but whatever you pick I hope you enjoy it!

I wish I had a more level-headed approach like yours when I played. I'm good at learning patterns, but the King Hrólf and Gná fights both throw so much at you, it can be difficult to keep up at times. Here is a video idea: The new game + modes makes these optional Berserkers even tougher with modified attack patterns. Real fun especially GNA en King berserker. That would mean finishing the game again, but you could only upload the Berserkers and GNA. Its the same for God of War 2018, especially Sigrun.
