Dear prince, sensitivity is a property of a system. (please watch kzbin.info/www/bejne/hJSYoXiZfd2ll8k for easy explanation). Control input is not the same as sensitivity. You can relate the control and the sensitivity as follows: A good control design is the one that helps in reducing the sensitivity of the system to external disturbances.
