There are many Maton Guitars. Even the cheapest model is made from solid woods, and manufactured by hand in Australia. I suggest you try them, and see for yourself; they are not boring at all. In fact, they are excellent. Those marked wit EGB, EA, etc. are world-class instruments, that easily better American-made guitars which are 3x as expensive. Maton guitars use a different type of construction and bracing, which gives them distinctive sound.
