Sir at 37:16, how did you conclude that det(M-N²)≠0? M-N²≠O does not necessarily imply it's determinant is not zero, isn't it?

In the Question from IIT-JEE where we are given P , A , Q and we need to find X , there is an error. P•P` is not an identity matrix as you evaluate it. Please have a look.

M is not equal to N^2 that means M-N^2 is not null matrix when why its determinant is not zero

Sir at 18:11 we can use clearly it is orthogonal matrix as both rows r unit vectors and dot product if both rows is zero . Fast observation

Sir very doubtful at 37:48 U said if M not equal to N^2 Then M-N^2 ka determinant zero ni aa sakta Isn't it wrong . It implies a non null matrix can't be a singular matrix Plz verify Plz tell I m always confused here

I spended more than 1hour on this que and got that det(M^2+MN^2)=o not because det(M-N^2) is not equal to zero infact vo to zero ho sakta . det(M^2+MN^2)=o because it can't be non zero due to ... I solved but vo type krne me mushkil hai .

@@tushargoyaliit before one step it should be that M-N^2 is not zero cause M & N^2 are not equal so M^2+MN^2=0 finally we have det.( M^2+MN^2) = 0

At 6:48 what about premultiplying with a inverse in one eqn and with b inverse in the other we get a=b=i

We can premultiply by A inverse only if we r sure that Det.(A) is non zero, i.e. A is non singular. But given that AB = A. So det.(AB) = det.(A). From this either det.(A) = 0 or det.(B) = 1. Thus we r not sure about A wether it is singular or not. So we not sure about existence of inverse of A.

Sir in 3rd question ..... .... You driectly conclude that trend of equation is B^2 then B^4 then B^8 ....which is right ... .. bt it can be B^2 then B^4 then B^6 ... Which results wrong answer... ... How do I choose the trend ..... Confused !! ... Please explain this ..sir..
