Centro, I’m sorry man but there’s simply no way that her level of nandrolone was generated by the burrito. She’d have had to eat an absurdly massive burrito with a ridiculously high concentration of nandrolone. Maybe she was taking a supplement that she was told was perfectly legal, or maybe she knew there was nandrolone in a supplement but thought it was under the legal limit. But she had to have been taking oral nandrolone supplements to record that level without any buildup.

every elite athlete dopes. they're all tested regularly but athletes are always 1 step ahead of the game. it's better if you just accept they're all doping and move on. some will inevitably get caught but its very rare considering how full proof microdosing is. to be fair, if none of the americans doped they would have no shot at competing for any medals, because all of the Kenyans, Algerians, Moroccans, Jamaicans are also doping. so you can't really be mad at people like Shelby unless you naively believe 90% of the elite athletes are clean
