Trying to figure out chords, here's what I hear so far (very skeleton so pls correct me): Intro: C#m7 F# V&C: Amaj7 F#7 Turn: F# Eadd9 B2/D# Amaj7 Chorus Switchup: A6add9? (F# in the bass somewhere) F#/G# F#m Dmaj7>6 V3/Bridge/Ending: F# Eadd9 B2/D# Amaj7 Matt is a dope artist to me because there's so much nuance within simplicity. Chord, rhythm, melody/harmony choices have me interested in every song. Spicy chords, snare rolls, boppy hi hats and a walky bass get my attention every time.

Such an empathetic, uplifting, hopeful and reflective song. The falsetto feels dreamy & subconscious sort of like singing to the soul of this friend who's struggling with mental health. Then when his voice comes in it feels, grounded, personal, reasonable & supportive. Before the ending where it's uplifting, resounding & giving the friend more of a taste of how beautiful life can be. What is more beautiful than growing from your pain? Thanks Matt, you spoke to my soul.
