40 years sounds like a long ass time until you realize Matt Damon’s first role was 30 years ago. Bro you’re right behind him.

Maybe Jack Nicholson was a little jealous of Matt Damon's writing Oscar and was competing a bit with him about being a writer too.

Survive what? If you don’t sexually assault or rape anyone, you will not be punished. Simple as that. If you think being a sex offender/rapist and getting away with it is “surviving”, than you are one sick puppy.
@jimmy2k4o3 жыл бұрын
@@RobGordonJC “if I think being a sex offender and getting away with it is…..blah blah blah” Please help me, by highlighting the bit in my comment where I suggested Nicholson was a pervert or that sexual predators should get away with it???? Your projecting what you think I said onto my comment. I merely saying I’m relieved Jack is still okey, that he’s not a perve, that I don’t have to question the ethics of watching a Jack Nicholson film like I do for Kevin spacey. You’re the one bringing your political baggage here then building up a a straw man of me to attack to reinforce your feeling of moral superiority. Sorry to disappoint but it’s not a waste of time I’m interested in engaging in. Arguing politics over comments is just stupid thing to do. For reasons so many I do t wanna waste time listing them. So I’ll say one: You can’t see body language, facial expressions or voice…..which make up the vast majority of how humans efficiency communicate.
@roblosh84173 жыл бұрын
@jimmy2k4o They said pretty clearly, and we’re honestly considerate enough to bring it to your attention while also treating you in good faith and with the benefit of the doubt, that it was merely your wording of “survivor” that gives it that connotation. They weren’t projecting. It is possible that the way you phrase something could give off a different meaning, or at least tone, than what you’re intending. But again, they probably don’t think you meant our guy Jack was one, they were just bringing the phrasing to your attention.
@edselgreaves65032 жыл бұрын
@@RobGordonJC You obviously don't know what you're talking about. Aziz Ansari and Louis C.K. didn't assault anyone and they still got called rapists for the crime of women thinking they're ugly. #metoo was a scam for women to rewrite history and pretend they were victims instead of sex traders.

Jack Nicholson was a great actor but he kinda played the same role over & over again & was definitely the weakest link in the departed. He turned into a parody of himself & his portrayal of Frank Costello was his ultimate parody. He almost ruined the movie for me but everything else about it was so good that it overcame his amateurish performance. (Says the anonymous guy on the internet)
