I wish ppl would stop saying “tanking”… teams suck bc they don’t have good player, they lose confidence/chemistry which equals loss after loss.. why nobody ever made documentaries in teams tanking? i am so confused how they blindly gave sweat the most money on the team and he has missed half the games...and when he is playing he only plays half the snaps...he is literally at the bottom of the defensive stat sheet with all the second stringers...shouldnt pay be merit and performance based? how do the bears justify spending this kind of money?

Why did we see Eberflus doing one-on-one consulting reviewing the film with Caleb after a preseason game in Hard Knocks? No Offensive Coordinator, no QB coach, no Passing Game Coordinator, just dumb ass Defensive Coordinator/HC Flus. Caleb hasn't even hardly spoken with Thomas Brown while he was the Passing game Coordinator...WTF??? If you ask me, the real road block to Caleb's development is EBERFLUS and his insecure meddling with Caleb and the offense while doing a sorry ass job of game management and not taking accountability for his mistakes as HC. I actually hope the Bears end the season with another losing record because the worst thing that can happen now is that Flus is not replaced next season.
