You cant invent the pentatonic scale, only use it. Iommi is god tier but in your first year of trying to learn guitar you cpuld accidently play one of their riffs just noodling around, its not taking anything away from the music to be honest and say hitting 5 6 7 on the A string isnt trademarkable.

Brann’s a freak because he’s pulling vocal duties half the time which is insane considering his drumming, but Des is an absolute monster behind the kit. Power plus creativity. People don’t realise how much sonic space he fills…he’s as important as Pike is to the HoF sound.

zakur0hako man that’s a solid state Marshall mg series probably clean channel with a fender (I think overdrive they’re called) in front it. But. Idk about clean. I had one of those amps and it didn’t take pedals too well, so I’m guessing itd be the green od channel with the gain about three quarters or atleast half. But holy crap I woulda never guessed that was a fender pedal holy crap

Matt is just straight up an awesome guy. His ability & his heart & soul for his craft is just something you don't see a lot of these days. He's the kinda guy you could just sit back with,enjoy a beer & kick it to some Skynard while busting out some real old skool jams.

I'll say this for Mike. He's great at what he does -- playing heavy, chugging stoner rock riffs. And he's got the ideal tone for it too -- an amp that sounds like it was submerged in a giant vat of peanut butter. That said, VH and Yngwie Malmsteen riffs don't sound good at all with his setup. The low notes get totally lost in a distorted mess.
