Insane having this wealth of information for free for those of us unable to attend one of your classes. Already my pistol grip is leagues better than it previously was. Controversial or not, you put in the work and we all appreciate you for it.

It always impresses me how Ben and Matt are able to demonstrate the right and wrong ways of a particular drill within the same shooting string. And then clearly explain why each portion was a positive or negative input.

Man this is solid info. Especially the rifle part (sense its where i lack more than pistol).Gonna try these techniques out and work them in dry practice and on the range. Thanks for the free info.
@stevenchen3923 Жыл бұрын
thanks Ben and Matt, this is golden! Only watched rifle part so far since that is what i have been working on for couple of months. A lot of concepts that Matt mentioned resolved a lot of question/confusion that i met. I was trying so hard to control the gun but recently i start to relax because i feel the recoil is really not that much. And found all i need to do is to stay target focus and trust that the dot is not going anywhere. and boom, suddenly i can shoot so fast and accurate without muscling the gun at all. What Matt described here is different than 99% of other instructors but very very effective and straightforward. Hope you folks come to california soon and i will jump onto your classes for sure!

Hi Ben, thanks for posting, this kinda content really helps everybody become a better shooter, appreciate it. Quick question, do you dot focus on targets that are far away, like 30 yds for pistol, where your shooting slow splits probably 0.40-0.50sh of a sec? Or do you still maintain target focus?? Thanks!

What do you think of Max Leograndi's techniques which seem to be just a tad bit different than some of the one's here? Is it a personal preference? Does it being a 9mm PCC vs a 5.56 change things?

Is there any shoulder pressure for recoil control on the rifle? Like, rolling the shoulder forward and is the stock being mounted more on the pectoral?

Honest question, is there a reason you guys don't use modern earpro? Seems like the convenience of not having to take the earbuds in and out constantly would be worth it. Unless of course you guys just really like the taste of earwax. No judgement, also no homo

16 inch barrel, flashlight, open sights and a short vertical grip, shooting over the top on anything, in my opinion, is a good way to get shot so the short grip works fine
