Both situations seem primarily poorly handled/communicated on their own tbh, no egregious malice and at least learning opportunities. The issue with DD specifically though was Matt seemed to have never learned, being performative but apparently insincere or unnecessarily distant behind the scenes. The Lex ordeal will force him to actually learn and act differently now that it fucked the channel
