Most underrated channel on youtube hands down. Recently got back into lifting and your videos have been essential. Keep up the grind, no one is making this kind of content at this quality. (At least that I know of.)

Beginner here and totally lost in the world of overload information. I would appreciate a review of alpha destinys novice program because I saw it´s pretty old, and how to progress on and with this program. How to progress on this novice program? When and how increase the weight, sets or reps? Should I use the same weight for all 3 or 5 sets or should I increase the weight in every set? As a real professional, can you please explain how this progression model in this program works and how I should progress or add weight, reps or sets in these workouts and how this program overall works.

I don't know if this will help you out, but I purchased Jeff Nippard's Fundamentals Hypertrophy training program and it has really given me great bang for the buck. If you want to know more about it, Joe did a review of it earlier on this channel. My TL:DR is that the information is tightly focused (and optional), there's 3 workout splits so you can pick what works with your schedule, there's replacement exercises for every exercise and lastly videos that show the proper technique. Honestly if you find it works for you, I'd say you probably don't need anything else for your first year or two of lifting.

Which is best program to get lean / shred body ?

Is musclemonsters 3 day full body workout that’s on you tube any good? I just started it this week. I recently got back into training after 8 years of not lifting. I’m taking it more serious this time and I’ve been making good progress over the last 2 months. Muscle memory’s kicking in but obviously I’m at beginner stage. Just thought I would ask your opinion on this workout and if it’s not great then maybe you could recommend me another.

Welcome back! What hypertrophy programs do you recommend for intermediate to advanced lifters?
@LiftingExplained2 жыл бұрын
It really depends on the individual and what they respond to best. The ones from Jeff Nippard and Renaissance Periodization are good.

I bought Jeff powerrbuilding 1 to 3, done with week 1 of 1.0... U think it's worth it overall?
@LiftingExplained Жыл бұрын
For the price, yes
@MuhammadAhmedMuddie Жыл бұрын
@@LiftingExplained thanks! But, besides the pricing - don't you think the info, quality and quantity and the results of using it, as people say are amongst the best in the market? Secondly, this Powerbuilding program is a great mix of strength-building and hypertrophy - resulting in both effectively. Tell me, as Jeff states that AMRAP is more safer and effective than 1%RM testing and gives numbers once calculated? And my final AMRAP PR numbers I can put in the 2.0 program and then on to 3.0? After finishing 3.0, should I repeat 3.0 or back to 1.0? Thank you!

The purpose for the wenning warm ups is for conditioning and to be done without rest periods. I personally find steady state cardio incredibly boring so I like varying the weight and exercises in the warm up and find it is more like cardio
