From what I've heard about why we're always cold is because most of our blood is centured in our stomach area( because uterus, babies and stuff ) and we have less blood in our arms and legs. And that's why our hands are always cold and it's harder how us to get warm

Responding to Matt’s comment about Toxic relationships. I was in a toxic relationship that moved way too fast and we got engaged in 5 months or so.
