As a 63 year old young grandma, I agree with you 100%. I love watching positive young people sharing positive views on life. I wish I’d had someone like you to talk to as a young girl. I had sisters but we just never talked about stuff beyond family stuff. Both my sisters and myself were married at 19 so it was hard to know how to understand things happening with my body and such. And...my husband wasn’t supportive like your hubby. ❤️. Keep it up girl. There are so many young ladies that just need a little or a lot of support and you are amazing on how you deliver your answers and advice. God Bless you young lady.

I graduated high school last year and since then I've stopped caring about what other people think of me and have just focused on what I think. I spent so much time worrying about that and now that I'm in college I realize that no one cares how I dress or how I wear my hair so I shouldn't be worrying about what they think and only focus on what I think about myself

Abby-- you are an amazing young woman. I am 48 years old and a mother of two (one 12 year old girl and a 13 year old boy). I am trying so hard to be open and honest with my kids as that is not how I was raised. Life was so confusing for me as a young girl/teen, etc. I was ashamed of my body and its normal functions. God Bless you for making videos like this that even us "old" folks can appreciate. I talk to my daughter openly and often include my son. I never want them to feel the way I did growing up--like I had to hide and be ashamed of my body. YAY you!! You are so comfortable with yourself and it is something to be really proud of!

Love these talks!!! The only thing I’d recommend as a health professional is the importance of knowing your health numbers and family history of health. Not obsessing over them but being aware of where you are at as you change in life! 🥰❤️

This is like having an older sister. As an older sister myself, I appreciate this! Even more so as someone who doesn’t have a very open relationship with her mother. Also! I can totally relate to your period horror story. The exact same happened to me when I was in fifth grade. I was mortified! Luckily, I had such a kind teacher. She made me feel better and helped clean up the mess.
