We Moved into an Off Grid Mountain Hut (Living in the Slovakian Wilderness)

We moved in to this idyllic off grid mountain hut in the Slovakian wilderness. We found this remote secluded log cabin online and instantly fell in love. After travelling nonstop recently, we needed a place to relax and unwind, but also, we wanted to try something brand new, challenge ourselves, and find out if we can survive up here alone. Living in the wild isn't something we are used to at all and moving in to our mountain hut was a learning curve to say the least. Did we mention we have no running water? 😀 Join us for an incredible month in the Tatra (Vysoke Tatry) mountains, Slovakia, the heart of Europe, as we learn to live, cook, wash and pass the time in our new oof grid house. In this month, we learnt a great deal about ourselves. Welcome to our new remote mountain home.
