If you go to NYC it would be best to go in November or December when the stores are decorated for Christmas. You can go to Rockefeller Center ice skating and see the Christmas tree or Bryant Park ice skating with the little Christmas Shops. I like Wynwood. It's very hip but it needs more trees. Would love to go to a boat show sometime.

Loved this vlog guys 💗 I say get a Kitten because cats are more independent & easier to travel with 🐾🐈‍⬛ You could just visit California for 6 weeks to get a feel for it then make a decision after! Montana looks beautiful & peacefull too, like the air looks so clean & fresh 😍 🌄🏞🤠

Glad you two got home safely and yes both of you have good taste and well suited. You might want to have a few winter pieces as you live in the US and depending on where you are going to show homes it's best to be prepared for the worst. Umbrellas to winter coats and jumpers and warm clothing etc...I am glad you two keep your healthy eating as you travel.

You could live in the Washington D.C. area either Maryland or Virginia. I never see any youtubers go there. You should at least check out D.C. as a tourist it is pretty cool.

Besides Miami, I believe San Diego, CA is the best city. It has much better weather than Miami because it is 70s and 80s degrees with a coastal breeze throughout the entire year, and it is an amazing coastal city with lots of small unique towns within San Diego like Carlsbad, La Jolla, Coronado, Pacific Beach, Encinitas and more… they are all coastal cities with awesome people and each have a unique vibe.

In the Luxury property business I’d suggest there are only 3 possibly 4 states to consider….Florida, New York (Manhattan/Long Island), the most obvious one: California and as you saw Texas.

Don’t want to be a Debbie downer because I loved SoCal when I first moved 20 years ago , i live on the the Westside close to Santa Monica, it is not what it used to be sadly, you can spend $10000 -$12000 on rent in a nice building but once you walk around you will not feel safe..maybe Orange County? It is still the best area of California… but I think you will be disappointed, actually thinking of moving to Florida.

A $47M dollar home, that is across the street from modest homes is a BIG negative. The developer obviously bought two side by side homes at a bargain price, razed them to create one big lot. What this zealous developer did not think of is: the buyer who can purchase a house at this price point wants a lot of land around the house for privacy which is not the case here. Also, the buyer would want like minded net worth neighbours, again a distance away, and not see this lopsidedness with across the real estate across street and thus having a house that sticks out like a sore thumb. This house will take a long time to sell, is overpriced for the location, and will go through a big price reduction in order to sell.

Lift=elevator and jumper =pullover sweater. California is beautiful; we lived in San Diego for 8 years but so is Santa Barbara and Marin County (north of San Francisco). You guys need to be close to a large airport and the bulk of where your business develops. Enjoyed the video as always.
