Interesting that you say the houses there in Dallas are a facade looking like mansions but not that big on the inside. One of the reasons i first started watching your channel was to see something different in housing in the Uk. Even if everything is bigger in Texas the creativity in the design of housing here in the US is a lot of time very cookie cutter. I feel after following you for so long and seeing the UK builders that you've featured on your channel I still love some of those homes and will remember them forever. Looking forward to seeing the shoots from this video on The Luxury Home Show. Great job networking. Had to come back and edit this to add that I just got a comment on a comment i made 2 years ago on a 12.000.000 euro house you showed in the UK and how spectacular it wqs. If you ever return and have free time walk the Katy Trail, try the Katy Trail Ice House, Central Market, & the North Park Mall.. Dallas also goes all out for the Christmas Season not just Halloween..

Beautiful houses, Texas has some great houses, used to live in the North Dallas area for a few years. If you think Halloween is crazy, go back there for Christmas, you will see the wildest and craziest and biggest Christmas displays you have ever seen in your life.

Supervised that Brits would be impressed by a tasteless suburban McMansion wasteland. Stripmalls with gas stations, fast food restaurants and box stores that are the same as everywhere else in the country. Old saying, Dallas is an easy place to move to but a hard place to love unless you are from Texas and don't know any better.

I really enjoyed this Video/Vlog, interesting to see a side of Texas that we don't see outside of America....... Having said all that there's one slight negative. You're putting too many Ad breaks in this video, it seems like one every 2mins which really interrupts the flow and enjoyment of your video.. I do understand that these breaks brings money to your channel i.e. the more ads per video the more money you make, all i'm suggesting or requesting is that you don't stuff/place your videos with loads of ad breaks. I'm sure a happy medium can be found.....Thanx 🥰

It's nice but too new for me no character but hey if that works for you then do what makes you happy whomever the new owners will be. If anyone could sell these homes it's you :) as have checked out other channels they don't have the finesse and details that you do. I am glad you got there ok and hopefully your trip back won't be terrible and cleanup has started. I have been off SB a while and you know after being a longtime fan now I can taste what everyone else has been saying about them. They are much worse now than they were. Sure there are plenty of other cafes you can try much better than them.

These homes are not a good representation of the average home in the us. Most of us can't even afford these newer built homes and communities without a mortgagee. Also this is just one area in Texas. There are many styles of homes in Texas and throughout the us. The average American neighborhood have homes that are under 4000 square feet. There are also areas where homes are way more luxurious then these which the average citizen can't afford. 😊
