To succeed, a player needs a a mix of raw talent and desire. Some can make it with 100% raw talent and only 10% desire. Others can make it with 25% raw talent and 100% desire. But when you have 0% of either talent or desire (CM in this instance), it ain't gonna happen. I hope he figures it out, but so far he hasn't.
