I must say, hyundai nailed it in terms of storage, use of space, family features and looks. The rear design also looks better in person than pics, but those rear indicators are located dangerously low. If ANCAP are serious about safety, then they should also focus on correct placement of lights and indicators rather than going gaga over the super-intrusive beeping stuff , that most of the drivers just want to turn off .

Practicality, they put the tail lamps that low so that they could have larger gas struts, allowing for a larger and wider opening

I love looking at the front, yes the front, mostly the front, damn that front is B-E-A-utiful. The back looks like it's sagging, like a 90s teenager wearing oversized jeans. If the back lights were on the same height as the front lights, I would've loved looking at the back too. If the front lights were on the same height as the back, I think I'd be in love with it too. Rn it just looks like you told it "Hyundai SIT!" Edit: Here at the end of the video, I love the rear as well. It definitely grey on me fast

Personally I wouldn’t want the hybrid, I am not a fan of that 1.6T engine at all. I’d much prefer the diesel. Those stupid eye monitoring sensors are ridiculous and safety regulations taken too far. Crazy.

there’s been 3 instances of transmission issues and 2 of them were from car confections. they got a bad one and hyundai fixed their problem.

With the flat tailgate Hyundai have compromised incredibly on the one thing that sells a 7 seater SUV.... space. You barely can get 6 bags of shopping in the back with the 3rd row up. Such a shame as this could have been a really strong option in what is a very small market.
