Kurt Cobain Dave wrote and did the guitar and vocals. Krist was on Bass and Kurt on drums and backing vocals in the chorus

Kurt Cobain Np. It's an interesting dynamic. I believe drums was one of the first instruments Kurt learned in school, way before guitar. Theres footage of him playing drums in the rehersals for the live and loud perfromance, he's really good. I recommend listening to "Friend of a Friend" a solo acoustic song by Dave about his first meeting with Krist and Kurt, very similar to Marigold, nice feel to it. Also check out their cover of "seasons in the sun". Kurt on drums and vocals, Krist on guitar and Dave on Bass

This was a long time ago, so I don't really remember. I use a Mesa Mark V, which uses a graphic eq and not just tone knobs, so my settings are a bit weird.
