What a beauty she is! I've began grooming my two at home. We live rather remote and the hour long drive to a groomer and time spent there was getting stressful to my lhasa apso who is part blind and deaf. Your videos have helped me so much. Thank you!

You did an amazing job on Snowball. Very cute dog! My dog is 10 years old, he had ACL (CCL) surgery in 2019 and 2020.

Lovely groom. She must feel so good now ☺️. I have Papillons and I give them regular trims since they aren't show dogs; just pets. I know that they feel a lot better with a shorter coat. Thanks again for sharing. Regards from Scotland 🏴

She’s so sweet. I have an almost 5month shih tzu Maltese and we have been working on making sure she gets used to brushing from the start. We took her to a groomer for the first time a few weeks ago and she got her feet/face/bum areas done. They didn’t appear to actually trim her nails tho and did something funny on her bum and it’s possible she was uncooperative but they didn’t say anything, so she will be going somewhere else next time. Any ideas what I can do at home to prepare her better? My mom tried to pull out the hair dryer when she had her last bath and she bolted off down the hall…

Poor sweet Snowball! I hope her knee is getting better. I bet this spa day was such a relief for her (and her owners). Is Snowball's skin a bit irritated? From the video it looks very very pink, or maybe it's just my smartphone! I guess ACL and CCL were misdiagnosed in the past, that could be a reason why these injuries are so common nowadays. It could also be that pet food quality is not good enough. It could be that dog breeding is unconsciously promoting this type of injury by favoring certain traits rather than others. It could be slippery floors, like you said, nowadays carpets and rugs are not as used as before. It could be that cars are higher than before (I am thinking of SUVs for example) and owners often let their dogs jump out of the car instead of helping them by using a ramp. But who knows, really..

Rudy, I do my own dogs but am definitely not a pro! How do I fix the side of my dogs muzzle when cut wrong? The right side is very short and cut vertically compared to left which is not cut yet. Should I shave them both down short or use thinning shears to fix right side? Don’t want to make it worse Lol!! I have learned a lot from your videos. I love your calmness with the dogs. I have 2 shi-poms and the male is much more like a pom than the female. His thick downy fur is nice for the winter but a real grooming problem every spring. Thanks for your great videos!!

Finding groomers who are patient with furry friends is so difficult. :(
