Hearing Diana while being in the same room as her is an experience hard to forget according to friends who have seen her in concert. she makes you vibrate to the bones! Some have told me that it feels like she's singing inside you, in your own head .... Could you please react too to The Crow ("Ворона") - Диана Анкудинова in "Rock hit" category. Many people think this is Diana's one of the best performance to date. She managed in 3 minutes to make a demonstration (without being ostentatious) of all her vocal possibilities and skills. Diana was currently participating in a very ambitious NTV show "ShowMaskGoon" ("Шоумаскгоон") shot in Mosfilms studios with Virtual Reality sets. The sound was recorded live. Why "ShowMaskGoon"?: The NTV channel produces 3 other singing competition shows (You are Super ", The Mask" and "SuperStar") the winners of these three shows participate in "ShowMaskGoon which is a kind of superfinal which premiered this year (" Mask "because of the second one) The principle was as follows: there was 9 permanent participants who are both judges and competitors. Everyone had to perform in 9 predefined styles or categories, changing each time in each of the 9 parts of the show. It was very interesting because the candidates had to get out of their usual repertoire. To the 9 judges / candidates is added a different guest each week who also votes, because the artist who is on stage does not vote. They all have points from 2 to 9 to be distributed according to their assessment of the performance. Hi from the uk 🇬🇧🧙‍♂️ Cinderella got to play the fantasy Diva and deliver a mini Aria as her opening adult competition salvo 💥💥.... she eventually won the series after 9 rounds. She... blew the bl##dy doors off.. to borrow from Michael Cain in the Italian job with this one.🤯😁😎🤣 She normally has to organise her own performances. This being a major TV show she got the full Technical stage support she deserves and yep the dress was perfect.😎🌟 This is 5th elements alien Diva, set against Avatars planet Pandora at night...with sound recording to match. 👍🏼🌟 Shamanic Gia princess to Fantasy dramatic Diva in 3mins with her being the last to perform late in the day. The arrangement was based on the Tommy Profit minor key version ...but this was arranged by the very talented guy who did her early arrangements for wicked game and Rechencka and Human at 14/15 yo. and the other contestants in the You are Super series. She can summon such dramatic emotional force and power even the opera singer guest judge was on the edge. She starts from a dark lullaby tone and takes it into a fantasy world... with spine jangling skin tingling power. Try Crow and Personal Jesus covers from the same competition series.... but dont miss her earlier masterpieces. She has been exploring different genres and here she has regained her upper range. Theres a lot more stuff on her channel..that is more reviewer friendly.

That explains some things. There's a video where she sings a cover of Michael Buble's "feeling good" with a woman named Sasha Kapustina and in the beginning you can see her looking to Sasha for guidance on how to go about it but as the song continues she goes into this trance like state and she doesn't snap out of it until Sasha starts clapping enthusiastically as the song ends.

Diana Ankudinova only 18 when this performance took place in 2021. This cover of Elvis Presley's, Can't Help Falling In love" now belongs to her and it really demonstrates that Diana Ankudinova has a true contralto sound which a very rare female voice type. In particular, the tone quality, timbre, roundness, and depth of her voice and her resonance, further define Diana as a "dramatic contralto", the rarest of the rare contraltos. Diana is also a real polyphonic singer which in itself is also a rare talent and is a vocal technique that creates two different tones at the same time which makes it sound like two different voices at the same time. This polyphonic sound is why some people mistakingly think she is using a voice synthesizer or vocoder or something else to manipulate her sound, or there's another voice singing in the background off stage, or she is singing over a pre-recorded track. There is no artificial manipulation of her voice going on at all. Also, on average the majority of female singers usually don't reach their full vocal maturity until they are around 23 to 26 years of age. I am looking forward to what Diana will sound like when she reaches full vocal maturity. When she does and has had more years of voice training with her voice teacher plus several more years to hone her stage performance skills, there will be no doubt that Diana Ankudinova will be a wonder to behold and a vocal force to be reconded with. Finally, this competition is called the "ShowMaskGoOn". and the "Can't Help Falling in Love" Elvis Presley cover by Diana was judged by a panel that are all professional singers in their own right. They compete with and against each other and judge each other. Diana Ankudinova was a member of this judging panel so she competed against and judged her fellow panel members. The judge on the top row that stands up is a famous opera singer that's well known in Russia and the blond woman in the red dress that looks totally shocked and at the end of Diana's performance puts both hands on the top of her head with a bewildered look knows she has to compete with Diana Ankudinova. And finally, Diana won this competition.
