10:25 look at the wake turbulence coming off the wingtips. So cool.

Guy I worked with he was a flight instructor at Nellis flew F-4's Red flag long retired in the late 80's. He said they were told if they ever flew in that restricted area over groom lake unless they had a legitimate reason their flying days would be over. He said one guy had to land at Groom lake because of flight control issue they didn't see him for a week.

Great flights. I trained partially around Seattle and partially at Las Vegas: I found the desert and higher DA flying in Nevada and Utah (even the dust devils eg 11:00) to be beautiful and fun for practice, while being technically stimulating given the sheer number of restricted airspaces and the variety of hardware flying around.

Any thought on the mirrored coatings they put on Son of Ares? IR stealth? It showed up on an F-35 and F-22, also.

I’ve flown just north of TPH so many times flying a jet and never realized it was Area 51 in that area. I almost had to declare and fly through the restricted area once due to weather. Makes much more sense why they couldn’t just cease operations for a moment and let us through.

I've flown a Debonair and a couple of modern A-36s, all with dual-yokes. Anyone who's flown a single-yoke Bonanza, is there any give, or slop, between the yoke and the arm (don't know what to call it & I'm an A&P!) that goes into the panel? In other words, when you pull/push on the yoke, does it feel 100% like you're connected directly forward of the yoke? Hope that made sense! Just curious. I work on F-35s, fly GA, but don't work on them.
