My wife died September 30th 2020 after battling breast cancer 2 years. We prayed for her healing. Throughout her death I saw more miracles of God moving in compassion then I would have ever witnessed in my entire life. All healing is for God's purpose all miracles are for God's purpose. Everyone dies. My wife is with Jesus

Since I became born again in 2019, my faith and walk with God has grown substantially. And as opposed to me seeing more of my prayers go unanswered, I've instead seen God be faithful to answer my prayers over and over again.

At 26 I had a stroke and became a ventilator dependent quadriplegic. I prayed to be healed. I meant physically, but God in His wisdom and love healed me spiritually. Until I became disabled I was always in too much of a hurry for God. Now I have time, to pray, seek God and have a relationship with Jesus. It's not easy, but my suffering in many ways has been a gift. (Isaiah 55:8-9) "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways."

Paster Paul I have scleroderma and Lupus I was told the vary same thing from a person that prayed for me they must not have enough faith or the people that prayed for me must not have enough faith. I don't believe that because I know if it's God's will he could restore my health completely. I do know what he has done for me he saved me from hell . I've been in and out of the hospital close to death God brought me through. I've been in so much pain 😩 If not for my children and husband I'd prayed for God to take me home but he got me through and I've got to see my children grow up. Sometimes being sick keep us closer to God. I could go on and on of all the times God carried me through the storms. One day I will have a new body and I know that God answers prayers in his way and his ways are the right way.

When things happen like this my prayer to God is thy will be done. He knows more than I and he knows what is best. I have a hard time believing that our faith is in question but that God knows our time of death as well as birth. All things are in his hands.

You are so right on about being temporal-minded. We are so fixated on holding on to this world and we forget that this world is temporary and we have a wonderful promise to look forward to. Also love that you mentioned seeing the value in difficulties. My most challenging times in my life drew me closer to God.

the biggest reason ppl dont receive from God is bc they have yet to get the revelation that HE HAS ALREADY DONE IT; EVERYTHING. They wait for Him to do what He has already done and said He has done but still ask and look for Him to do it not realizing they aren't actually in faith when they approach it that way. God already gave, its up to us to simply believe and receive by faith.

How do you dill with the answers from Jesus Christ where no one was turned down but healed . Or when he says I wilt. Do you have any personal stories or stories you have heard of people healed after prayer
@TS-yd6cn Жыл бұрын
Jesus had specific purposes to accomplish in that time. He still emphasised the more important things - for sins to be forgiven, to receive living water (not just physical drinking water), and spiritual food (not just bread to eat). Yes, if He is willing, he can make you clean - and he is willing! Be clean! But our physical bodies may not always be healed. Even those who were healed by him then, faced a day later when their bodies crumbled anew. The true, lasting life was in their spirits. It's difficult to wait for healing, or to be told 'my grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness' like Paul was. You can ask God for more faith. Not so that you will get what you want, but so that you will be able to ask truthfully for God's will to be done, and able to trust that God's plan is for good. We do need his comfort and love. All our physical bodies are dying. We won't be healed of every weakness in them, because each one must die and return to dust. One day every tear will be wiped away and there will be no more pain and death. We aren't there yet, but He has accomplished it and we are just waiting for the day to dawn. God bless you and comfort you Thomas

Praise God! By his grace He has entitled us. He works all things to our good, but not always the good we imagine. He will fill our cups to overflow, and press down our measure of grain. He will be strong when we are weak. He will lead us by still waters and restore us. He is a truly good father! Faith is the hope of what we don't see yet. blessed are those who have not seen, but have still believed. It is hard to trust when things don't look good to us, but He can give us the faith we need. Thank you God for your good gifts and please help us to recognise them humbly and thankfully. I know this was 2 years ago but please bless anghockseng, in Jesus' name, amen

God has His own eternal plan, He cannot change its plan just when we claim to Him that look God, I trust you, I pray, I have faith, I have done everything you said. God said: I have a right to say no for the reason of good cause. You have to listen and understand me.

Thanks for this! I really love the way that the message is delivered and I appreciate the humour :) I totally get it. I'd like to pose a question that was asked to me (that I intend on asking God of course - and already have a thoughts - but also want to ask what your revelation has been) - If God's will always prevails then why should we pray? So we trust and have faith in His will, I mean,,,what other way is there?...but why then do we pray and not just merely trust in the Hope that is the Lord?
@CalvaryChapelOntario9 жыл бұрын
Hi Laurielle! That is an excellent question! I treated a very similar question awhile back on my blog and my answer may just take care of what you're wondering. pastorpaul-cco.blogspot.com/2013/11/how-is-it-possible-that-our-prayers-can.html If you need more info feel free to shoot me a note at paul@ccontario.com. God bless!

prayer is a wrestling, our desire or God's will? Thanks God, He insists His will prevails because He is responsible for what He will give us. Otherwise, we will be in disaster. We complain because we refuse to see from His perspective but insist God to follows ours. Like Jonah
